Beginning in April 2023, MassHealth is requiring members to complete a coverage renewal process. What you need to do now:
- Make sure MassHealth has your most up to date address, phone number, and email so you do not miss important information and notices from MassHealth.
- Report any household changes. Please continue to report any changes in your household, like a new job, address, changes to your income, disability status, or pregnancy.
If you have questions, please visit ma.gov/masshealthrenew or call MassHealth Customer Service at 1-800-841-2900.
Remember, if your health insurance coverage changes please let your Reliant primary care providers’ office know so that we may update our records.
