Jamie Piette is a graduate of the University of Tampa’s bachelor’s program and the MCPHS University’s family nurse practitioner program. Jamie’s favorite part of being an advanced practitioner is “being able to take on a more active role in diagnosing and treating patients while still being able to maintain the close relationships I had with them as a nurse.” Jamie uses a holistic approach to her practice, with an emphasis on education and disease prevention. She finds it important to keep her patients informed during every step of their treatment. In her free time Jamie likes to be with her family and friends as well as go dancing and walk her dogs.
