The Reliant Medical Group team has once again demonstrated its commitment to providing high-quality care by being named to the Harvard Pilgrim Physician Group Honor Roll with Distinction for 2023.
Selection to the Honor Roll is based on performance in 15 HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) quality measures in the domains of acute, chronic and preventative care for adult and pediatric patients, as reported by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). To earn the prestigious “With Distinction” status, practices must exceed the NCQA’s national 90th percentile in the three key domains of clinical care. Reliant joints an elite group of 16 practices, out of 58 total practices, to achieve the prestigious “With Distinction” status .
