A graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, Alyssa decided to become a Physician Assistant because she wanted a challenging career in which she could be involved in helping others each day. Alyssa strives for her patients to view her as their partner in health and encourages them to be proactive in their care. She enjoys knowing that she is able to make a difference in people’s lives and improve their overall well being. Alyssa especially enjoys caring for children as they always seem to make her laugh or smile. In her spare time Alyssa enjoys exercising, including running, yoga and Pilates. She also enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and shopping as well as relaxing with friends and family.

All was done well by both the medical assistant and the doctor. Flow up blood work was scheduled at the end of the visit for update on a couple of my conditions. Flu shot was administered. All was good.
