A graduate of Fitchburg University and the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Hannah first worked as a nurse before continuing her education to become a nurse practitioner. “I decided to become an advanced practitioner so that I could make a bigger impact in my patient’s lives and be better able to collaborate with them and their families regarding their care,” she explains.
Hannah likes working in Family Practice because it allows her to provide comprehensive care to her patients and their families over the continuum of their lives. She enjoys being able to take care of the entire family unit and understanding all the intricacies of their care. “Getting to know my patients allows me to better care for them in the most holistic way possible,” she explains. “By being able to establish a rapport with my patients in primary care I can help provide the best possible outcomes for their needs.”
When she is not busy helping patients Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, as well as camping and reading.
