New regulations will soon put e-cigarettes under the authority of the Tobacco Control Act of 2009 which regulates tobacco products. In the future, e-cigarette manufacturers and retailers will have to report ingredients, attach health warnings on packages and advertisements, and also provide product listings to the FDA.
