In an effort to deliver a more secure, convenient and eco-friendly way to receive bills, Reliant Medical Group will auto-enroll all patients with MyChart accounts in paperless billing starting July 31, 2023. This means that if you have MyChart, you will no longer receive paper billing statements in the mail, unless you have already designated that you want paper bills, or you opt out of auto enrollment.
We will let you know when new bills are available through MyChart notifications and through messages sent to the email address associated with your MyChart account.
If you would like to continue receiving paper bills in the mail, you can opt out of paperless billing at any time right in MyChart.
