We know our patients are busy and don’t get sick on a schedule. Sometimes you just don’t have time to call your doctor’s office in the middle of the day, or you need an appointment in the evening or on weekends. That’s why we encourage our patients to use MyChart, our online, secure patient portal. There are a number of great features that can help you manage your care in a way that’s convenient for you.
Online Scheduling
Don’t feel like calling the office? Save time with MyChart.
- Adult and pediatric primary care patients can book their annual physicals in MyChart.
- Primary care patients can schedule their flu vaccine appointments in MyChart. And soon, other immunizations including COVID and RSV will be available for self-scheduling.
- Our 24/7 online symptom checker tool allows primary care patients age 12 and older to book a same or next day sick visit appointment with their PCP’s office directly in MyChart.
- PCP patients who are referred to a Reliant specialist can book a new specialist consult in MyChart.
Plus patients can be added to a virtual waiting list to be notified if an earlier appointment opens up!
Virtual Care and E-Visits
Need care outside of business hours? MyChart can help.
- Patients age four and older can receive care seven days a week, 7:00am – 11:00pm, with our Virtual ReadyMED service. The team of physicians and advanced practitioners treats a variety of conditions and illnesses including cold, flu, and COVID-19, sore throat, UTI, conjunctivitis, and much more thought video visits. Appointments are conducted through MyChart and are usually available same-day.
- You may be able to get medical advice and treatment options by sending your provider a message through MyChart. You can send a non-urgent message any time of day or night, and messages are reviewed during business hours. *Please note that our providers often can give answers to simple questions or requests via MyChart messaging at no charge; however, if you send complex messages or messages that have images attached that are unrelated to a recent office visit, it may be considered an “E-Visit” (electronic visit). In that case you or your insurance plan may be charged for the provider’s clinical assessment and any treatment recommendations that are offered.
