Reliant Medical Group caregivers have once again been recognized for their commitment to providing high-quality care by being named to the Harvard Pilgrim Physician Group Honor Roll for 2026!
Selection to the Honor Roll is based on clinical performance in 18 HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) quality measures in the domains of acute, chronic and preventative care for adult and pediatric patients, as reported by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Only the top 25th percentile of physicians rated nationally on these key measures are named to the Honor Roll.
Huge congratulations to all our caregivers for their exemplary performance on these key quality measures and for consistently delivering such high-quality care to our patients each day.
