Overall Patient Rating
4.9 out of 5 stars - 57 total ratingsAfter working in healthcare marketing for a decade, Stephanie decided that a career change was what she needed. “I realized that instead of marketing, caring for patients is what I really wanted to do,” she explains. “So I made the decision to go back to school and became an advanced practitioner.”
This allowed Stephanie to combine her communication skills and her medical training to provide very approachable and down-to-earth care. “I look at providing care as a partnership, where we discuss common goals and come up with strategies to reach those goals,” she explains. “I make a point to listen as carefully as I can to patients, because that’s the key to providing proper care. The more I know my patients, the better I can solve their problems.”
Stephanie’s clinical interests include mental health, weight management, and woman’s health. She also has a special interest in working with immigrants and providing LGBTQ+ care.
In her practice at Reliant, Stephanie enjoys working with all different types of patients and learning about their health concerns. “I am an extrovert, so I enjoy talking to others and getting to know them. I also enjoy other people’s humor,” she explains. “Some of the funniest conversations I have ever had in my life have been in exam rooms.”
In her spare time Stephanie enjoys tap dancing and playing the guitar. She also enjoys the outdoors and going birding with her husband and two children.
