Reliant Medical Group is proud to announce the launch of Pride+ Care, a new primary care program that began in August.

Whether you need a primary care provider (PCP) or specialized healthcare services, Pride+ Care offers comprehensive care for LGBTQIA+ adults (18 and older) in Central Massachusetts. Our goal is to provide healthcare in a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment.

Reliant Medical Group has always been committed to caring for LGBTQIA+ communities. With the new Pride+ Care program, we are taking that commitment even further. The program brings together experienced PCPs and specialists who understand the unique healthcare needs of LGBTQIA+ patients. They stay up to date on the latest healthcare information and treatment options to help patients receive high-quality care. We provide the support, information, and resources patients need to make informed decisions about their health.

A Full Range of Services

Pride+ Care offers high-quality primary care services, including preventive checkups, health screenings, treatment for illnesses, chronic condition management, and personalized health assessments. The program also connects patients with specialty services that may be important to LGBTQIA+ individuals, including:

• Gender-affirming hormone therapy provided by experienced clinicians, along with support for those exploring gender-affirming surgery.
• In-person and secure online care for PrEP prescriptions, STI testing, and related support services.
• Virtual visits for both primary care and behavioral/mental health services.
• Easy access to on-site lab services, a wide range of specialists, and walk-in, non-emergency ReadyMED^SM clinics to help coordinate care.

A Long-lasting Commitment to Your Care

As part of the Pride+ Care program, we are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care that respects and celebrates each patient’s unique identity. We are also looking for Reliant Medical Group patients ages 18 and older to join our Pride+ Patient & Family Advisory Council (PAC).
