Is there an age limit to this exercise’s benefits?

Hi Cindy. There is no age limit, as all of our muscles will respond to faithful strengthening. The results may come a little slower however, so give yourself a good 3 months possibly to see notable results.

I am hoping theses exercises will help me with some recent issues. Very helpful video. More women should learn this at an earlier age.
