Reliant Medical Group has once again been honored by the Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts! This is the 5^th year in a row that Reliant has received this prestigious award.

The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work award recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state. Reliant received the award in the “largest” category – those with 1,000 or more employees. The rankings are based on confidential survey information collected from over 75,000 individuals employed at 334 Massachusetts’ organizations.

The surveys carefully measure opinions including the company’s direction, execution, management, work, pay, and benefits as well as employee connection and engagement. Reliant joins other notable Massachusetts’ companies in its category including Tufts Health Plan, Akamai Technologies, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Winners often share key traits such as offering progressive benefits, giving their employees a voice, and encouraging them to have some fun at work each day.
