Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) has recognized our Webster Internal Medicine department for being one of the top practices in Massachusetts for patient experience in primary care.  MHQP is a non-profit measurement and reporting organization that brings together providers, health plans, and patients to improve the quality of patient care experiences in Massachusetts.

Part of a new awards program introduced this year, the “MHQP Patient Experience Awards” recognize a practice’s commitment to excellence and service to its patients. Our Webster office was noted for its excellence in two categories: Distinction in Patient-Provider Communications and Distinction in Coordinating Patient Care.

“The practices from across the state being recognized with this award have distinguished themselves where it matters most – in the experiences of their own patients,” remarked Barbara Rabson, MHQP’s President and CEO. “We are thrilled to congratulate each of them for their commitment to excellence and best-in-class patient experiences.”
