With Virtual ReadyMED, children age 4+ who have a Reliant primary care provider can have a medical visit from the comfort of home. It’s easy and convenient and you don’t need a referral from your pediatrician

Virtual ReadyMED can treat Reliant pediatric patients age 4-17 for the following conditions:

• Cold symptoms (excluding ear pain)
• Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
• Diarrhea/constipation
• Insect bites
• Rash/eczema
• Seasonal allergies

 Appointments are available from 7:00am – 11:00pm, 7 days a week through MyChart, our online patient portal.
