New MyChart Features

May 30, 2024 / News / Uncategorized

At Reliant, we’re always trying to make improvements in our systems in order to make managing and receiving healthcare easier for our patients. One of the ways we do this is by adding new features to MyChart, our online patient portal. We’re happy to share a few of the latest updates that make care more convenient for you:

Online Scheduling

Don’t feel like calling the office? Save time with MyChart.

  • Adult and pediatric primary care patients can book their annual physicals in MyChart.
  • Our 24/7 online symptom checker tool now allows primary care patients age 12 and older to book a same or next day sick visit appointment with their PCP’s office directly in MyChart.
  • PCP patients age four and older can be scheduled for an online visit seven days a week, 7:00am – 11:00pm, with our Virtual ReadyMED
  • PCP patients who are referred to a Reliant specialist can book a new specialist consult in MyChart.

Plus patients can be added to a virtual waiting list to be notified if an earlier appointment opens up!

Online Payments

In addition to paying bills through MyChart, patients can now self-set up payment plans.

  • Simply visit the Billing section in MyChart, click on ‘Pay now’ and on the right hand sidebar there will be an option to ‘Set up payment plan’. Choose the dollar amount and day you want payment deducted from your account, and you’re all set! Of course, patients can always call our Patient Financial Services team at (508) 368-5500 if assistance is needed.

If you’re not a MyChart user, sign up! You can sign up for an account at any of our offices, or online here.
