Ideally, physical exams should be performed by your family’s primary care provider (PCP). However, if you find yourself in a time pinch and need proof of a physical before your child goes to camp this summer, ReadyMED is here to help!
We perform physicals for:
- Camp
- College
- Employment*
- Sports
*Due to extensive lab testing requirements, ReadyMED cannot perform Department of Transportation physicals.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Due to the importance of immunization schedule adherence, ReadyMED does not perform school physicals for children in elementary or high school.
- College students requiring a physical must bring their immunization history with them.
- A college, sports, employment or camp physical DOES NOT replace your annual physical performed by your primary care provider.
The fee for physicals performed at ReadyMED is $50 plus the cost of any additional required testing. Insurance is not accepted at ReadyMED for physicals.
Like other ReadyMED services, physicals are performed on a walk-in basis. Visit any of our five locations, open every day from 9am-8pm.
