The American Heart Association and the American Medical Association have announced their annual list of physician practices and health systems that have received a Target: BP award for their commitment to prioritize blood pressure control within the communities they serve. We’re proud to announce that Reliant Medical Group has achieved BP Gold Status!

Launched in 2015, Target BP is a national initiative of the AHA and AMA aimed at addressing the growing medical burden of high blood pressure in the United States. (Of the 103 million Americans with high blood pressure, less than half have it controlled to a healthy level.) Reliant showed an exceptional 70% or greater blood pressure control rate through our adult population – earning our group Gold Status for this important measure.
