Feeling ill? Book Same-Day/Next-Day Sick Visits Online
Great news! We’ve made it easier for Reliant primary care patients with MyChart accounts to get the care they need when they are sick or have a minor injury – both in-person and through a video visit.
Here’s how:
- Log into your MyChart account.
- Select Schedule an Appointment
- Choose Sick Visit
We’ve provided multiple options to help you find a time that works best for you. Sick visits can be booked with:
- Your internal medicine/pediatrician/family medicine provider and their care team
- Other Reliant primary care providers at your assigned practice location
- ReadyMED walk-in care locations in Natick, Hudson, Leominster, Auburn and Worcester (open evenings, weekends and most holidays – reserve your spot!)
- Virtual ReadyMED providers for video visits (7am-11pm, 7 days a week)
