This means that most of the care you need in your efforts to become pregnant are provided conveniently in Worcester, along with several other Greater Boston and Central Massachusetts locations. Your office visits, lab and radiology work-ups, medication management, intrauterine insemination, and all education are available to you.

Understanding Infertility

Infertility is a common problem that affects millions of people all over the world. In the United States, nearly one in five couples experience some form of infertility issue. A comprehensive fertility evaluation is the first step in determining why you have been unable to achieve pregnancy and have a child. Once the cause of your infertility is determined, Boston IVF will recommend the proper course of treatment that offers the best chance of you and your partner to conceive.

If you are under the age of 35 and you and/or your partner have been trying to conceive for a year without success, we recommend that you contact Boston IVF to discuss the matter and come in for an evaluation.

If you are over the age of 35 and have been unable to conceive for six months, we recommend that you come in for a fertility evaluation.

If you are experiencing irregular menstrual cycles or are no longer having a menstrual cycle should also consider evaluation. Given that fertility declines with age, it is important to act quickly if you are having difficulty conceiving a child.
