Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Reliant Medical Group! We offer a unique opportunity for volunteers to help meet the needs of communities throughout Central Massachusetts in a dynamic health care setting. We have 19 locations throughout Central MA, located from Leominster to Webster, including in Worcester, Westborough, Milford, Auburn, and many other communities. As a volunteer with us, you may help with projects in our administrative offices, clinical locations (though these are not appropriate for academic clinical placements or internships), reading programs, and more.

We have a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator who works with each potential volunteer to find the right fit within our organization through a personalized placement process (including a brief application and screening).

Volunteer qualifications

• Volunteers must be age 15 or older
• All volunteers must complete our Volunteer Application
• Most positions will require a PPD (TB) test before you begin working with us (see below)
• All volunteers MUST have a CORI Check
• Volunteers must have reliable transportation to/from their volunteer site
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information and procedures

Taking the first steps

At Reliant Medical Group we have many opportunities for volunteering. The first step towards becoming a volunteer at Reliant Medical Group is to complete the appropriate Volunteer Application.

If you are unable to submit this document electronically, please contact us; we will be happy to send one via mail or e-mail. Once we receive the application, we will look for an opportunity to meet your interests, skills, and availability.

Since we are a health care provider, most of our positions will require a PPD (TB) test within the past 12 months. We will send you additional information on the test once we process your application.

Finally, we will meet with you for a brief orientation and overview of Reliant Medical Group policies and procedures before you begin your volunteer assignment(s).
