A graduate of the University of Maine and MCPHS University, Amy truly enjoys working as a physical therapist. “I love it because it gives me an opportunity to help others,” she explains. “And it combines two things that I love – the medical field, and a passion for health and wellness. I really love working with patients and helping others.”
Amy enjoys treating both musculoskeletal and neurological diagnoses and working with patients individually to achieve their goals. “I like getting the opportunity to get to know patients and see what they want to improve upon, and then create a plan of care that allows them to get to where they want to be,” she explains. “I also really enjoy being able to work closely with other therapists and assistants to achieve a common goal.”
In her spare time, Amy enjoys going to the gym and doing work on the family farm.
