Rebecca started her journey in the medical field working in home care as a PCA for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities while attending full-time schooling to receive her Bachelor’s degree as a registered nurse. She continued on to working in pediatric primary care and outpatient neurology pediatric care while she obtained her Master’s degree as a pediatric nurse practitioner from Regis College.
Rebecca truly loves working with children and their parents. “Helping parents to understand how to care for and interact with their children as they grow and learn across their lifespan is very rewarding for me,” she explains.
In her work at Reliant Rebecca approaches each patient with compassion and a special understanding for everyone’s unique family and lifestyle. “I try to help promote positive physical and physiological growth in every patient I see,” she explains. “I really enjoy the diversity and challenge of being a pediatric nurse practitioner. Caring for children and families is what I look forward to each day.”
When she is not busy with patients Rebecca enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her family, and taking long walks with her dog.
