Dry needling is when the needle is inserted and manipulated into muscle, connective tissue, ligament, tendon, or nerve regions. Dry needling lowers the amount of pain that is felt. It helps blood get to the tissue to help with healing and reprogramming the pain signals in your body. 21 of the therapists from the Reliant Medical Group Physical Therapy Department have completed dry needling training.
