Workers’ Compensation occupational health services are available to Reliant primary care patients and to Reliant employees in our Worcester ReadyMED Plus location.
These services will be offered by appointment:
- Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm in ReadyMED Plus Worcester
Patients must be referred by their Reliant PCP’s office.
