Workers’ Compensation occupational health services are available to Reliant primary care patients and to Reliant employees in our Leominster ReadyMED and Worcester ReadyMED Plus locations.
These services will be offered by appointment:
- Monday and Friday from 9am-5pm in ReadyMED Leominster
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9am-5pm in ReadyMED Plus Worcester
Patients must be referred by their Reliant PCP’s office.
