Reliant Medical Group Welcomes Dr. Allen Chang to Its Department of Internal Medicine

October 1, 2018 –Reliant Medical Group, the locally based multi-specialty medical group, is pleased to announce that Allen Chang, MD has joined the organization’s Department of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Chang received his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA. He completed his internal medicine internship and residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. He was a primary care physician at UMass for 6 years prior to joining Reliant, and is excited to continue taking caring of patients in Central Massachusetts as part of the Reliant team. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Chang is welcoming new patients at Reliant’s new Worcester office at 5 Neponset Street.
