Reliant Medical Group Welcomes Dr. John Chisholm to Its Department of Family Practice

February 7, 2019– Reliant Medical Group, the locally based multi-specialty medical group, is pleased to announce that John V. Chisholm III, MD has joined the organization’s Department of Family Medicine.

Dr. Chisholm received his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. He then completed his residency at University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Before coming to Reliant, Dr. Chisholm practiced as a full-spectrum family physician in Vermont for four and a half years. His areas of focus included addiction medicine, outpatient procedures, as well as obstetrics, maternal, and child health.

Dr. Chisholm is welcoming new patients at the new Worcester office at 5 Neponset Street.
