Reliant Medical Group Welcomes Dr. Sean Maroney to Its Department of General Surgery

Worcester, Mass., September 11, 2020– Reliant Medical Group, the locally based multi-specialty medical group, is pleased to announce that Sean Maroney, MD has joined the organization’s Department of General Surgery, specializing in Colon and Rectal Surgery.

Dr. Maroney received his medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.  He then completed his internship at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Portsmouth, VA and served as active duty military for 5 years with the United States Navy. He then completed his residency at Loma Linda University Hospital in Loma Linda, CA. He also completed a fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH.

Dr. Maroney is welcoming new patients at the Worcester Medical Center office at 123 Summer Street in Worcester, MA.
