Unfortunately this was a very disappointing encounter. Total disregard of my concerns and questions. Kept interrupting me, I do not think I was able to finish a sentence and the entire appointment probably lasted less than 5 minutes.

Dr Hughes was engaging, but didnt explain things quite in laymen terms. He would use all medical jargon, almost expecting you to know it or understand it. I can barely remember what he said, something about central something...? It would last about [omitted] weeks.

He made me feel at ease and was very pleasant.

He was kind and compassionate. He took the time to really hear what my complaints/symptoms were and was very detailed in describing my diagnosis and the procedure.
