For elderly patients (≥ 70 years old) with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

• Who have not received prior chemotherapy for their advanced disease
• Who are not candidates for surgery or radiation therapy

This study is designed to investigate the safety and efficacy of Nab®-Paclitaxel (ABRAXANE®) in combination with Carboplatin as first line treatment.
