A study for patients with rheumatoid arthritis who are taking oral methotrexate and have an inadequate response.
- Patients will receive tocilizumab (Actemra) by injection either once a week or once every 2 weeks along with methotrexate.
- Once arthritis symptoms improve, methotrexate may be discontinued.
- The medication, Actemra, will be provided by the study.
