What happens once I submit my application?

The profile and resume are sent directly to the assigned recruiter for further review. If the recruiter feels the candidate is a fit based on the qualifications listed, they will call the candidate to pre-screen.

Do you accept paper applications?

We do not. Our application is an online process that requires an electronic version of the resume be uploaded to complete the application process. We do offer two computer kiosks in our HR lobby to complete this process.

Would it be beneficial to visit sites directly to inquire about job openings?

No, we ask that all applicants apply online with us and wait to be contacted. The Practice Managers are very busy managing sites and patient care. Bringing resumes directly to the sites impacts the patient care. The recruiters will be in touch with them regarding the candidate should they be a fit after pre-screening is complete.
