A graduate of the UMass Worcester Graduate School of Nursing and Worcester State College, Jan Brozovsky has been practicing medicine since 2006. Jan works in Reliant Medical Group’s Division of Geriatrics helping patients with their short and long-term care needs. She enjoys taking care of her geriatric patients and helping them achieve a higher quality of life.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Jan makes a point to coordinate care with patients, families and clinical teams. Jan strives to build partnerships with her patients and especially enjoys working with those undergoing rehabilitative care to help them return to their community at higher functional levels. Jan choose her area of expertise because she feels the geriatric population deserves better management of their chronic diseases and conditions. She works hard to see that her patients needs come first and believes in a holistic approach to care.
In her spare time, Jan enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, visiting family and friends, and playing badminton.
