How should I prepare for my virtual visit?

Complete the pre-check in process in MyChart immediately after scheduling your appointment. Check-in is “self serve”, so plan to enter your insurance/payment information yourself.  If you have trouble with this, contact the Virtual Care Team at (508) 368-7890.
Using the MyChart app will make your virtual visit easier. You can download it for free at the Apple Store or Google Play.
Do not drive during your visit, we will stop the appointment if you are driving.
Plan to have your visit in a private, quiet place.
Test your microphone and speakers and close other apps/websites on your device.
Weigh yourself before the visit, and if you have remote health devices, go ahead and take your vitals, such as blood pressure and heart rate. If you’re sick, take your temperature and check your O2 levels if you can.
Have a list of your medications available.
