With COVID-19 on everyone’s mind, it’s important to remember the other virus that could make you very sick this year – the flu! Unfortunately, thousands of people die from the flu every year in the U.S. The best way to protect yourself (and your loved ones) is with a simple flu shot.

Flu vaccines are available at all Reliant primary care offices. If you have an upcoming appointment, you can receive your flu shot then. You can also schedule an appointment for a flu shot by calling your primary care provider’s office or by using MyChart. For MyChart, simply click on “schedule an appointment” and then use the “flu shot” option. Parents can schedule a flu shot for their child using MyChart as long as they are under 18.

No matter how you do it, be sure to get a flu shot to protect yourself as soon as you can!
