Sign Up For Text Message Appointment Reminders

As a patient of Reliant Medical Group, you can receive a text message appointment reminder (instead of a telephone message) two days before your scheduled appointment.

If we have your mobile telephone number on file, text RMG to 622622 on your mobile phone and you will be automatically enrolled in this service.

You can add a mobile number to your patient record by updating your demographic information in MyChart or by visiting the check-in desk at any Reliant Medical Group office.

Reliant Medical Group is committed to safeguarding your personal information, but cannot guarantee protection against all security threats. Reliant shall not be responsible for any harm caused by a breach of confidentiality in respect to your use of Reliant’s text message system unless the breach was caused by Reliant.

By providing a cell phone number to Reliant, you agree to receive text appointment reminders, scheduling information, and MyChart notifications. By providing a cell phone number you are also certifying that you are over eighteen (18) years of age and (a) are the patient or (b) are the patient’s legal guardian.
