We are extremely proud to announce that Reliant Medical Group has once again been named to Harvard Pilgrim Health Care’s 2019 Physician Group Honor Roll. This annual award highlights physician groups that have achieved exceptional results in their approach to disease prevention and the treatment of acute and chronic illnesses for both adult and pediatric patients.
The Physician Group Honor Roll is based on performance against 16 national HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) quality benchmarks, as reported by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). This year Reliant was in an elite group of 12 practices (out of 61) that were recognized “With Distinction,” meaning we exceeded the NCQA’s national 90th percentile in the relevant domains of acute, chronic and preventative care.
