Start the Check-In Process at Home With MyChart

Did you know that many of our new locations offer the ability to start the check-in process at home? Just make sure that you are signed up for MyChart to access this feature!

To see if your appointment qualifies for PRE-Check in, go to your upcoming appointments in MyChart up to 2 hours prior to your appointment. Look for the “e” with a checkmark next to your appointment reminder to find out if PRE-Check in is available to you.

If it is available, you will be asked to review your appointment details and demographics, as well as pay your copay online. This can be done either on the MyChart website or on the MyChart app. Once you’ve finished this process, you will be given a unique barcode, which you can either print or scan from your smartphone.

Once you have completed your PRE-Check in, all you need to do is visit Central Registration at the time of your appointment and either scan the barcode at one of our kiosks or show your barcode to the receptionist, and your check in process will be complete.
