Reliant Medical Group is proud to announce that we have once again been named to Harvard Pilgrim Health Care’s 2020 Physician Group Honor Roll. This annual award highlights physician groups that have achieved exceptional results in the approach to disease prevention and illness. Honor Roll selection is based on performance measured against 16 Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Sets (HEDIS) quality benchmarks, as reported by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Reliant was one of 15 practices selected “With Distinction,” meaning we exceeded NCQA’s national 90th percentile in all domains of clinical care such as appropriate treatment for children with upper respiratory infection, comprehensive diabetes care and breast cancer screenings.
