Reliant Medical Group is proud to announce that our caregivers have once again been named to the Harvard Pilgrim Physician Group Honor Roll for 2021.

This year, Honor Roll selection was based on performance measured against 14 HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) quality benchmarks in the domains of acute, chronic and preventative care, as reported by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

Only physician groups with performance in the Top 25^th percentile of physicians measured nationally on these HEDIS measures are named to the Honor Roll. For 2021, 63 physician groups in the provider network were named by Harvard Pilgrim to the Physician Group Honor Roll.
