When it’s time to reach for a snack, many people like to choose yogurt. But many yogurts contain much more sugar than you think (some over 30 grams). So that’s why it’s always good to look at the nutrition label before you make a purchase. Fortunately, some yogurts, such as Greek yogurt, are lower in sugar and higher in protein and make an excellent snack.
